What to include
- For the beta or a plan: your store name, its address, your platform (Salla or Zid) and what your customers buy again.
- For a question about a subscription: your store name and the subscription or order number. Do not send card details or passwords.
- For billing: plans are billed by Salla or Zid through their app store, so please include the invoice from the platform.
