Maqadi is in beta. This guide describes how the app works for beta stores; details may still change before launch.
Shipping and fulfilment
Subscription orders are normal Salla orders. Your shipping companies, warehouse and fulfilment partners handle them exactly like any other order.
What stays the same
- The order appears in your Salla order list with its own number.
- Your shipping settings and any shipping integrations in Salla apply as usual.
- The invoice is issued by Salla, like for every other order.
Working with a fulfilment partner
If a warehouse or fulfilment company already receives your Salla orders through its own integration, subscription orders reach them the same way. Nothing changes for them.
If your partner works from a list instead, the Business plan can send the daily packing list to them automatically, by email or as a file (CSV), at the time you choose.
Setting it up
- Open Settings → Fulfilment.
- Enter your partner's email address and choose the time of day.
- Send a test list, check it with your partner, then switch it on.
